LifeFitness 95Xe Elliptical Cross Trainer Review
For those wanting an all-body workout, the LifeFitness 95Xe Elliptical Cross Trainer will do the job. This fantastic workout machine offers a variety of options for users to choose from during their workout.
The LifeFitness 95Xe (which happens to be the company's best seller) allows users to choose from a variety of workout levels. For the quickest, there is level P1 – also known as Quick Start/manual. At this level choice, users simply push the start button to begin their workout routine. Other levels include easy/ez resistance, sport training, fat burning, cardio burn, and random. All these options are available in the Touch Screen Technology. Users simply scroll up or down to choose the workout level they want.
Users can also monitor their heart rate, calories burned, speed, distance, and workout profile while using the LifeFitness 95Xe. All of these choices/options are easy to program into the machine. Users can read the Zone training chart to find their optimum heart rate for their weight. They can input their target heart rate along with the distance workout preferences. This helps keep the workout within a safe range.
The machine also allows users to input what workout time they want. Upon using the machine, users will be guided through the set-up stage for their workout. It is very easy to understand and perform.
Another nice feature of this workout machine is the reverse mode. This mode allows different muscle groups to be exercised, thereby increasing the users workout benefits.
By using the reverse mode users can exercise their calve muscles. To choose the reverse option, users only have to press the digital display for reverse mode. It is very easy.
In addition to the excellent all-body workout this machine can provide users with, it also is very easy to use. That, in my opinion, is a definite benefit.
The LifeFitness elliptical cross trainer has large foot pedals that fit most shoe sizes. Also, it has arm handles that help synchronize the all body workout in ergonomic balance. The movement simulates a cross-country ski or snowshoe jaunt, for instance.
For those not wanting to work their upper body, there are stationery handles in front of the readout screen. It is nice to be able to exercise your lower body while resting your upper body while using this workout machine.
The only drawback I can see for this sturdy, durable, and reliable all-body workout machine is the fact that it requires space. It weighs more than 250 pounds and cannot be folded up. However, it can be human operated. This saves on electricity.
I highly recommend the LifeFitness 95X3 Elliptical Cross Trainer for a great, all-body workout. It makes working out and keeping fit fun.
